Itinerary

This combined husky and reindeer package is specially designed for those who would like to get the most of Lapland in a short period of time. First, you will be taken to a reindeer farm for a short visit and sledge safari. You will have the opportunity to pass an exam on handling a reindeer sled and even receive a special “driving license”. Take a seat in the sled- and you are off! After visiting the reindeer, you will visit the home of the wonderful huskys where you will learn all about them, hug and pet them. After a safety briefing and instructions, enjoy the excitement of riding a husky-pulled sled.

1.Rovaniemi

You have a unique opportunity to learn about reindeer and their life. Tourists pass an exam on riding a reindeer sled and even receive a special “driving license” without any age restrictions or doping control. Have a seat in the sled and you are off! Getting cold? You can warm yourselves around a bonfire in a hut and enjoy a cup of hot juice. In a traditional Lapp hut, you will be “baptized” in accordance with all the Northern rules.

We will have a wonderful tour around the farm and see the reindeer's everyday life. The guide will tell about the life on the farm and show you around. The farm has more than 300 years history behind

After the tour and ceremony we will go to the Reindeer ride on the sleighs in the forest - that would be a real winter fairy tale
